Returns Accepted for Damaged or Defective Items Only
All products are custom-made to order. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. Please refer to our sizing guides and product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Eligible Returns:
We accept return or replacement requests only if:
The item arrives damaged or defective
The item received is materially different from what was ordered
How to Request a Return or Replacement:
Contact us at contact@av08202.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and any defects.
We will respond within 2 business days to resolve the issue. If approved, we’ll send a replacement or process a refund.
Return shipping is not required unless specifically requested by our team.
Refunds
Refunds will only be issued for items that are damaged, defective, or misprinted. If your claim is approved:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our end.
Disputes & Chargebacks
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us first at contact@av08202.com before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly.
Please note:
Refunds will not be issued for wrong sizes ordered or color differences due to screen-to-print variance.
Refunds are not available for delivery delays caused by the carrier or customs.
All Sales Are Final After Production Begins
Orders go into production quickly after placement. Therefore:
You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order by emailing contact@av08202.com.
After 12 hours, your order may already be in production and cannot be canceled or refunded.
Shipping is Limited to Certain Countries
Due to Printify’s fulfillment network:
We currently ship to the United States, its territories, and a limited number of international locations.
We do not ship to countries subject to U.S. sanctions or embargoes.
Customers are responsible for complying with their own local customs and import regulations.
Promotions and discount codes must be used at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively.
Offers are valid only during the stated promotion period.
Discount codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
“Free shipping” applies to standard domestic shipping only, unless noted otherwise.
Items received as part of a promotion (e.g., BOGO deals) will only be replaced if damaged or misprinted.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify any promotion at our discretion without prior notice.
